Product information
Produktinfo.Tigerloop Combi 3 is an automatic oil / diesel vent. The automatic oil deaerator, effectively removes gas bubbles that have formed and eliminates the problems with air in the oil.
The Tigerloop Combi has a number of advantages thanks to the integrated oil filter. It gives you the option of choosing different filter inserts depending on your needs. The installation is done with fewer connections, which simplifies the work and gives less risk of leakage
Effective venting
In a system with Tigerloop Bio, all Bio oil is led into the automatic oil deaerator, which effectively removes the gas bubbles that have arisen and eliminates the problems of air in the oil. Tigerloop Bio enables a one-pipe system in all types of installations with the best conditions to be environmentally safe, economical and reliable.
Own circuit
An oil pump always delivers the same amount of Bio oil, regardless of what is needed for combustion. In a normal home burner, only five percent of the supplied oil quantity is burned, the other 95 percent is led with a two-pipe system back to the oil tank. With a Tigerloop Bio automatic oil deaerator, no Bio oil needs to be piped back to the oil tank. The oil that is not burned by the oil burner is returned to the Tigerloop where it is automatically vented again and again. Therefore, only the amount of Bio oil that is burned needs to be sucked from the oil tank.
Preheats the oil
A one-pipe system with Tigerloop Bio increases the oil pump's suction capacity and, in addition, the oil pump's frictional heat is used to preheat the oil to at least room temperature. It eliminates problems with cold Bio oil, provides cleaner combustion and reduces oil consumption.
Minimal dirt
Because only the amount of Bio oil that is burned needs to be sucked from the oil tank, the oil flow is lower in one-pipe systems. This results in minimal dirt particles being carried from the oil tank. It reduces the risk of nozzle and filter clogging. Filtration becomes more efficient, soot formation is reduced and the lifetime of the filter insert is extended.
