F86 is a highly effective cleaning agent for parts washing machines with heat. Intended for cleaning steel, iron, stainless steel and aluminium parts. Dissolves greasy vegetable contamination, oil, soot, resin and coke.
Contains temporary corrosion protection, is low foaming and provides rapid separation in oil separators.
Use
Adjust the machine thermostat so that the working solution maintains a temperature of 55–80ºC.
To check when support dosing or changing the working solution is necessary, a titration should be carried out regularly.
Dosage
Diluted with water to obtain a working solution between 3–5%.
1 litre of F86 diluted with 20 parts of water gives 5%.
1 litre of F86 diluted with 33 parts of water gives 3%
