- Brush or pad is worn
- Brush or pad is too rough, switch to a softer variant
- Brush or pad is not fitted
- The main brush is worn out, replace the main brush
- Pad is worn out, pad holder is in contact with floor
- The brush head is damaged, contact technical support
- Make sure that there is voltage on the battery charger, that the fuses have not blown and that the power reaches the battery. Try charging with another battery charger. If the battery charger does not work, contact technical support and give the serial number of the battery charger.
- Refer to the battery charger instructions for troubleshooting.
- Make sure that the battery charger is set correctly according to the batteries. The operating voltage of the machine is the same as the voltage of the charger (volts). Check that the charger is set to the same type of battery GEL (gel battery), AGM (AGM battery) or ACID (acid) that is in the machine. On chargers with display, this is shown on the display during start-up of the charger. On chargers without a display, a red LED lights up to indicate that the charger is set to acid battery and a green LED lamp for Gel battery.
- The squeegee is worn out, turn or change the squeegee
- The suction nozzle or suction hose is blocked or clogged
- Suction hose defective or not connected to the suction nozzle
- The battery terminals or charging socket are dirty or oxidized.
- New batteries do not deliver 100% of expected capacity, complete 10 charge cycles.
Defective or used batteries, replace batteries.
- (Ride-on machines) The batteries have not been charged due to incorrect connection between charger and machine.
Defective or dirty solenoid valve.
- Fault in switch / relay
- The fuse has blown / been tripped
- Cable is disconnected.
- Suction motor is defective
- Lower the brush, press the brush button.
- Charge the batteries.
- (Ride-on machine) The brush button is not activated.
- (Ride-on machine) The fuse has tripped or is defective, defective brush motor.
