The IWD-E 1619 has a slow-moving piston pump with ceramic pistons and a brass pump top, which ensures maximum power for a long time. The pump construction gives the machine a very low noise level. The IWD-E 1619 is equipped with a high efficiency burner constructed with AISI 316 stainless steel and a stainless steel cover. The machine is equipped with level control on the chemical tank and a water pressure safety device that stops the burner in the event of a lack of water.
