Gasboy is a stationary hot water washer that is heated with gas. It has a robust construction and good operational reliability. The washer has a low-speed piston pump with a brass pump top and ceramic pistons, which ensure maximum effect for a long time. A vertical combustion chamber with double heating coil utilizes maximum heat energy. All electrical components in the instrument panel have 24 volt current. This means that the machine is easy to connect to payment machines and remote control panels. Gasboy is available with a floor frame or a wall frame and can be connected to a high-pressure pipe system with one or more tapping points. The heart of the Gasboy system is a low-speed pump/motor set with a natural gas-fueled high-efficiency heating system based on direct heating. Using natural gas as fuel ensures a clean heating system, and avoids all the disadvantages of a "sooty" oil burner. The water temperature is thermostatically adjustable from 30°C to 95°C. Gasboy is a typical washer for customers who want a high water temperature combined with a high amount of water set in a neat system, e.g. washrooms for heavy transport, contractors, petrol stations or industry.
