FMT6 45 LITRES 3 USERS

The FMT6 multi-pump system is a reliable, efficient and safe solution where the need for several outlets is required. The main functions of FMT6 are their modularity to allow use by one to six users simultaneously, pressure adjustable from 20 to 150 bar, water rate of 15, 12, 30 litres/minute and automation. The number of simultaneous users is determined during the design phase. The system then adjusts the amount of water to the number of actual users and guarantees a constant pressure at each washing point. Excess pumps switch off automatically after about 10 seconds, with a total delayed stop of the washing system itself when all the lances are closed. The control and pressure and water control module is located on top of the machine and the electrical panel (IP65) is wall mounted to allow installation in the most suitable place. The electrical panel has an ultra-modern electronic unit that automatically controls the entire centralised 2 to 6 multi-pump system, especially the following functions:

1. Control and display of pressure setting with electronic pressure switch and digital display
2. Control of demand for pressurised water and automatic start-up of modules
3. Control of temperature of water in on digital display.
4. Protection against simultaneous start-up of the modules; start-up of the modules is delayed a few seconds to avoid high start-up voltage on the mains.
5. Statistical start-up.

The module to be started is selected at random to ensure even load distribution among the various modules. The safety of the system in the event of a damaged hose, excessive water temperature or overpressure can be monitored at any time.
